INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – We ship worldwide. Freight costs for international shipments depend upon dimensions and weight. Duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

ERRORS – All efforts have been made to ensure accuracy. However, omissions and written and graphical errors can happen. We reserve the right to make corrections. Prices, descriptions and specs are subject to change without notice and we cannot be obligated to sell products at erred pricing. We reserve the right to rescind any offer and correct errors and miscommunication.

RETURNS / SHIPPING DAMAGES– Please inspect all products upon receipt for damage, defects and workmanship. If the product was damaged during shipping DO NOT THROW THE CARTON AWAY!!! If you find a problem please contact us immediately (888) 343 4776. Do not return an Item without first receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) from a customer service representative. Returns must be packaged carefully and shipped with a carrier providing a tracking number for the return. Shipping must be paid by the buyer and COD’s will not be accepted. All returned items must be in new condition and used items will not be accepted. Vein, Inc. reserves the right to refund all or part of the purchase price of the product. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
